The concept follows the overall architectural strategy for the building design which steps and mimics the natural landscape on which it sits on. Thus the room steps from the bedroom towards the veranda outside. In a similar manner the wall grows and detracts to become furniture. Thus blurring the line between the architecture and furniture.

A modular home is not a mobile home; it’s simply a home that is built off-site. Compared with the prefab house, the modular house has a higher degree of prefabrication, and it can even be completed in the indoor factory.
