The main structure of this 280.5m2 house is using a light steel structure, with steel truss and floor slabs, all of which are produced in the Platinum prefabricated factory. The biggest design highlight of this project is those French windows on the walls, with double-layer hollow tempered glass and low-e surface treatment. At the same time, the 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and all the cabinets and faucets in the kitchen inside the house have also been completed in the factory.
